Using the site

Use the site lawfully, provide accurate information, protect private links and account access, and do not interfere with the site, impersonate another person, scrape private areas, probe security, or use ABH content or community tools to harass, discriminate, spam, or exploit others. Program- and event-specific eligibility rules shown on the relevant page also apply.

Events, outdoor risk, and participant duties

Event pages describe the planned route, difficulty, timing, price, capacity, and public location. Conditions can change because of weather, closures, trail hazards, group needs, or other circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing current details, choosing an experience within your abilities, bringing required supplies, following host and land-manager instructions, and speaking up or turning back when needed.

An RSVP does not replace any separate event waiver, release, safety briefing, or participant agreement. Those documents remain separate and control the subjects they cover. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Reservations, payments, cancellations, and refunds

A place is confirmed only when the site records the required RSVP, waiver status, eligibility, and payment or approved complimentary status. Capacity limits apply. The event page and checkout show the price and material purchase terms that apply to that transaction. Third-party costs such as parking, admission, transportation, lodging, meals, or rentals remain separate unless the event page expressly includes them.

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary by event, timing, and payment status. Use the support route shown on the site so ABH can review the specific transaction. Payment processors apply their own terms and security practices.

Membership

The Member Pass is an individual adult membership. The membership page and checkout state the current price, term, renewal behavior, included experiences, exclusions, and cancellation method before purchase. An active membership does not guarantee a place after an event reaches capacity, and an RSVP is always required. Previously purchased terms remain valid for their applicable term.

Photos, reviews, and submitted material

You keep ownership of material you submit. When you separately authorize ABH to publish a photo, review, testimonial, display name, or other material, you give ABH permission to display, format, and promote that approved material through the stated use. You may request removal of public material; ABH will handle the request reasonably, although copies already shared by others or required for records may not be fully recoverable.

Do not submit content you do not have permission to share or content that violates another person’s privacy, rights, or safety.

ABH content and third-party services

The ABH name, marks, site design, original copy, photography, and other original materials are protected by applicable law. Personal, noncommercial use of the site does not transfer ownership. External services and links, including payment, email, social, calendar, maps, community, and land-manager services, operate under their own terms and policies.

Availability and responsibility

ABH works to keep information accurate and services available, but does not promise uninterrupted access or that every detail will remain unchanged. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available, and ABH is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes, governing law, and contact

ABH may update these terms for future use of the site. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Georgia law governs these terms to the extent applicable, without overriding consumer rights that legally apply elsewhere.
